* 14th December 1922 Capt. Walmsley joined RAF in December 1940. In September 1942 he was assigned to 611 Squadron, in august 1943 he joined 132 Squadron. In April 1944 he was awarded the DFC, a Bar to the DFC he became on 17 July 1945. |
